At Proxon Premium Workwear, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
